 I think more people are becoming convinced of the reality of your technology in light of the recent test report and I am sure that many are looking forward to seeing the E-Cat in the marketplace.
 1. What are the advantages for your technology in entering to a partnership with a US partner rather than staying independent?
 2. How have you been able to ensure that your technology will not be buried or surpressed?
 3. Have there been any attempts by outside interests to bury your invention?

 Dear Frank Acland:
 1- our US Partner is a Carrier, like the Enterprise, we are a small warship. Now we can fight to win a world war. Without the help of our US Partner we could not survive. Maybe also physically.
 2- choosing the right Partner, enthusiast and on the same wavelength of us
 3- yes, but they just tried to turn a tiger into a vegetarian. But this made necessary to find a strong Partner: you know what they say: if you cannot buy an enemy, kill him. There are many ways to kill a person.

1. Наш Партнер из США как авианосец, наподобие авианосца Энтерпрайз, мы же являемся маленьким военным кораблем. Теперь мы можем в битве выиграть мировую войну. Без помощи нашего Партнёра из США мы не могли выжить. Может быть, даже и физически.
2.Потому что выбрали правильного Партнера, энтузиаста, настроенного на ту же длину волны, что и мы.
3. Да, но они хотели превратить тигра в вегетарианца. Но это заставило нас найти сильного Партнёра: знаете, что они сказали - если вы не можете купить врага, убейте его. Много есть способов убить человека.)

О-о-очень не похоже. Когда работает отчет об испытаниях начинают не с хвалебных речей, а со схемы эксперимента. А уже потом показывают что и как удалось указанным оборудованием померить. А так к примеру "мощность на единицу массы" ничего не стоит пока не доказано, что эта мощность появилась внутри, а не подана по проводам.

Report of Groundbreaking 2012 LENR Colloquium at CERN

Last year, a LENR colloquium took place at one of the most prestigious nuclear physics institutions in the world, CERN, the European Centre for Nuclear Research.
On Feb. 8, 2012, New Energy Times reported that CERN had scheduled an invited colloquium, "Overview of Theoretical and Experimental Progress in Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR)"; it took place on March 22 in CERN's council chamber.
Ignatios Antoniadis, a member of the theoretical physics division of CERN, invited two speakers. Francesco Celani, a physicist with the Italian National Institute of Nuclear Physics in Frascati, Italy, spoke about experiments, and Yogendra Srivastava, a physicist with the University of Perugia, Italy, spoke about theory. Srivastava is a co-author of LENR theoretical work, along with Alan Widom and Lewis Larsen, developers of the Widom-Larsen theory of LENRs.

What Rossi and the enthusiasts have learned is it's a very long path from the lab demonstration unit to production. Mr. Rossi's credibility has taken quite hit from observers without familiarity in making such a jump. Every little glitch in the scaling that fails has to be worked back, discovered, redesigned or engineered and then the process starts in again.
To build the 1-megawatt unit takes 106 reactors, so getting each one built is quite an undertaking for a startup. Meanwhile the company is well, starting up, getting located, equipped, supplied, staffed and all the myriad details to build something. Days means weeks and weeks could be months adding up to years.

As stated by Prometeon, the Bologna-based company responsible for selling of thermal industrial sized businesses in North and Central Italy, the numbers relating to the COP, diagrams and photographs refer to the previous tests, carried out in July 2012 and not with those of the test carried out by a third party independent in 2013.

The long awaited and much anticipated scientific paper confirming some of the claims that Andrea Rossi has made about his ecat low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) device has been published through Cornell University Library's webpage.

The paper which is titled: Indication of anomalous heat energy production in a reactor device containing hydrogen loaded nickel powder can be found in PDF format here. It was apparently written by Evelyn Foschi of Bologna with input from Rossi's longtime collaborator and colleague Giuseppe Levi a retired physics professor from the University of Bologna who has worked closely with Sergio Focardi in the past.

Jeane Manning, author of Breakthrough Power, has published an article in Atlantic Rising on her visit to Defkalion Green Technologies new office in Vancouver, Canada where she viewed a live demonstration of their Hyperion thermal generator.
Beyond LENR (aka 'cold fusion') to Useful Energy [.pdf] is available for free on Manning's Changing Power website and describes a generator capable of producing 5 kilowatts of thermal power, with "several times" energy output.
A planned 45 kilowatt generator will be comprised of nine units in parallel. A test generator in Greece is claimed to run continuously for six months producing power at 45 kilowatts. Preferring to call the reaction Heat Energy Nuclei Interactions (HENI), the thermal energy was generated on just 3 grams of nickel powder and 2 liters of hydrogen.
The company moved to Vancouver "after their government failed to help the start-up company." Canada "offered a stable environment for research-and-development companies, with a support network and fiscal incentives." Additional labs in Athens, Milan, Italy as well as Brazil will be developing applications with multiple business partners.
Initially a partner with Andrea Rossi, Defkalion and Rossi split after differences arose over contractual issues. Deciding to develop a generator on their own, the company began with the premise that only after achieving stability and control would they scale up to high heat output.
The article quotes Peter Gluck, a chemist and longtime low-energy nuclear reactions (LENR) researcher. "Cold fusion came before its time. It is too complex, too new, too unexpected, too messy, too multifaceted, too dynamic, too non-linear and too weird to be really understood and controlled at the time of its discovery."
Defkalion's Chief Technical Officer John Hadjichristos responded "Science is one, and we have to keep it that way if we want to keep on talking with Mother Nature ...We cannot see or listen and understand her stories if we stop talking to and hearing each other.

Да, разработки компании Дефкалион (генератор тепловой энергии Хайпириан, пятого поколения) впечатляют. Особенно любопытно то, что их генератор включается "по требованию", т.е. в течение нескольких секунд, и так же быстро может быть отключен. Тогда как в аппарате E-Cat А. Росси эти процессы занимают длительное время (час или сколько там).
Однако, как видно, в отношении водорода Дефкалион по-прежнему использует внешний источник (баллон), что неудобно и небезопасно. Как известно, Росси уже давно использует металлогидридные системы.
Вчера Андреа Росси отмечал (ударным трудом) 63-й день рождения, было много поздравлений на его сайте. А. Росси опять обмолвился о рентгеновском излучении, которое сопровождает его эффект (в диапазоне 50-150 кэВ).
